The fun starts an hour before the screening! Come early for themed cocktails. Then join a singalong, hosted in partnership with Des Moines Performing Arts. We’ll have live piano accompaniment and will belt musical theater favorites all together – to get it out of our system before Cynthia and Ariana take the lead. If you’re jonesing for a solo, we can make that dream come true, too. The singalong will begin at 6:00 pm and the film will start at 7:00 pm.

Set in the Land of Oz, before and after Dorothy Gale’s arrival from Kansas, Elphaba and Glinda’s friendship is put to the test as they embrace their new respective identities as the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good Witch of the North, and how the consequences of their actions will change all of Oz forever.
