Film is art. Here in Des Moines, we have a legacy of strong support for the arts, from the opera to the ballet, the symphony, visual and performing arts.
An arts-driven cinema like The Varsity cannot survive on movie tickets and concessions alone. Your ongoing support allows us to program films that would not otherwise come to Des Moines, highlighting diverse voices from around the world.
